Are In Fiore’s ingredients organic?
We source ingredients of the highest quality for all our products and use organic ingredients whenever available. We look for the best and most sustainably produced ingredients whether that means certified organic, wild-crafted by artisans, or biodynamically grown.
Does In Fiore use synthetic ingredients?
No synthetic ingredients are used in any of our products.
Does In Fiore test products on animals?
We never test any products on animals.
Are In Fiore’s products hypoallergenic?
At In Fiore we use no synthetic ingredients or fragrances in any of our products. Artificial ingredients in skincare products and cosmetics can often act as powerful allergens. We do recommend viewing the ingredients list before purchasing a product.
What is the shelf life of In Fiore products?
Small batch production ensures freshness; however, we recommend using products within 6 months of opening for best results. Short-term exposure to extreme temperature changes can affect the texture of products. Long-term exposure of products to sunlight and/or heat should be avoided because the resulting oxidation may affect freshness.
My product’s scent/color is different than I’m used to. Is this okay?
We use only the best natural ingredients with minimal processing to retain as much of the healing properties of the plant as possible. Natural ingredients are not standardized and mass-produced the way synthetic ingredients often are. Variations in color and scent are inherent in the natural world and subsequently are sometimes reflected in our products. In Fiore always formulates in small batches to ensure that the product is pure and stable.
What product’s are safe to use during pregnancy?
Some of our products contain essential oils that are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. We recommend consulting your physician before application. For questions regarding ingredients you may also contact us. We recommend that pregnant woman not use the following products: Tangiers Body Balm, Firmante Elevating Leg Tonic.
Is In Fiore’s packaging recyclable?
All of the glass bottles we use are recyclable.
How do I return an unused item to In Fiore?
We only accept returns purchased through infiore.net. If you are unhappy or change your mind we accept returns on most unused products within 10 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or credit. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on used or opened items. Please contact us or send an email to email@example.com to resolve any discrepancies within 5 days of receipt of purchase. Special sales items, percentage off discounts, and promotional items are considered final sale. Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance and then sent to:

We do carry some specialty items. Customers are always welcome to contact us. Shipping and payment of items can be arranged over the phone. Contact us for inquiries.
Does In Fiore offer samples?
In Fiore offers samples with every order. Sample variety is dependent on availability. For customers serious about trying In Fiore we recommend either Traveler sizes of our complexion treatments or one of our curated Starter Sets.

We have a shop in San Francisco operated by the spa International Orange, located at 2044 Fillmore St. At International Orange you can purchase In Fiore's complete product offering and receive assistance from knowledgeable staff in person.
