Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping
Orders are shipped from the U.S. West Coast within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $150. Delivery time typically ranges from 1–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for standard shipping.
Orders over $250 USD require a signature upon delivery. If you choose to waive the signature requirement, In Fiore is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Expedited Shipping
We offer FedEx 2-Day and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping.
To qualify for same-day shipment, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will ship the following business day.
International Orders
International direct-to-consumer shipping is currently limited. Where available, international orders ship via FedEx Express and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, subject to customs clearance.
Import duties, taxes, customs delays, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the customer. In Fiore is not able to offer refunds or replacements for delays, holds, or charges imposed by customs authorities.
International Stockists
If you are located outside the United States, we recommend purchasing through one of our authorized international stockists. Please contact us for current retail partners in your region.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
Due to the artisanal nature of our products and the cost of our materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or opened items.
If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
